This process can be frustrating at times.Can you imagine that after 9 months of waiting for the uscis to approve our petition,the rather sent is a RFE.The USCIS wants us to send them pictures of our wedding,email,phone records notarized letters from our friends and families.They also wants us to send then letter from our employers confirming they know about our relationship.This is very annoying because we have already sent them all this evidence 9 months ago when we mailed our petition.Does this means the have misplaced all the documents we sent them or this is just an act to frustrate us?Please help us if you have any experience.God bless you.

I would suggest to you -

that

you call in to the USCIS hotline on Monday

get a Tier 2 human , an ISO (ask for them/it)

then ask for an eyeball review of the casefile, looking for the things mentioned in the RFE.

An ISO cannot do this review, directly, but they CAN initiate a request for the review.

Alas, the first human you speak with, the CSR, Tier 1, cannot do anything about this.
