Can anyone tell me the procedue on how to expedite the applicaion for re-entry permit. Thanks!

We filed an expedite for my stepdaughter's re-entry permit. We followed the expedite instructions which state "notate the outside of the envelope with the word EXPEDITE." You may also want to include a letter, explaining the need for expediting. We received the re-entry permit in about two months.
