If your local office is Nashville, you'll probably have to go there for the interview. As far as I know, all naturalization applicants have to go through the interview/civics test.

Here's the link for Office Locator: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=LO

Thank you catrocks and David-and-Mae.

Wonder at times if they go by area code more than zip code. Have a friend that only lives 40 miles from St. Louis, but lives in Illinois, they sent her to Chicago. Another in Fond du Lac, only 80 miles from Milwaukee, but sent to St. Paul.

According to that zip code thing, we are in the St. Paul district where we had all of our interviews, but was always sent to Milwaukee for biometrics. Wife asked me if I could change that, what another delay, and doesn't even tell you how to change that. Just commented, if they send us to LA, we will go, just to get this over with.

Funny thing is, using that office finder link, my ASC office is in St. Louis and my Local Office is in KC. When we did my AOS, that's where we went for Biometrics (coz it said so on the appointment letter). And then, when we did ROC and N-400, Bio appointments were there again but my husband hated driving to STL so we did early walk-ins to KC's ASC and had no problems at all. So, having said that, I have no idea whether they go by Zip Code or whatever.
