all K1 visa holders I need to know ur experience to get the ssn after u entered the States??? How u did exactly bcs when I called the ssn office here they told me that I should first wait for 21days before to do that, but I still remember that all I need to do is to show up there and talk with a supervisor in case they will make it complicated asking me to wait or get married my fiance first.

We waited 2 weeks and had no troubles at all. He got his SS card in 5 days. You do not need to wait until you are married, I would suggest you get it first as he will need it to even get a State ID or drivers permit.
