First of let me announce that our interview date has finally come!!! July 26th is the day =)

now heres the kicker, when me and my fiancee (he's the beneficiary) completed the I-129F. he listed his daughter on the paperwork, even though he has nothing to do with her or her mother (we only wanted to be truthful). when completing packet 3 they asked to see the birth certificate for his daughter. he contacted the mother and she stated that he is NOT on the birth certificate, nor will see give him a copy... the consulate in Sydney is still requesting to see it even though he has contacted them about not being able to obtain a copy. is this just procedure? will they deny him a visa because he can not obtain a birth certificate that technically he has no legal rights to receive? we are both very worried about this whole thing... thank you in advance
