I know you only need the most recent tax return..

They might ask to bring the others with us to the interview?

My FIL will include all 3 in his I-864, just to be sure.

I sure hope this situation doesn't lower my chances

It's not hard to prove that your husband was not working. IRS and USCIS can look up activity on his Social Security Number and see he was not on payroll anywhere. Very simple.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

So my husband put me as primary beneficiary on his life insurance, I'm getting added to his checking account next week too.

We are moving soon and I'll be on the lease too.

I also digged up a bunch of cards with both our names on them from family and friends

Ordering our daughters birth certificate today too

and of course our marriage license

Other than that we have tons of photos together

And phone logs

Think that's enough or should we get some affidavits from people too? We have cops as friends , they could write some and put a police stamp on them.. ;)

Affidavits from friends affirming that you two have been married and living together as a couple for ~2 years certainly won't hurt, and will help to boost a case where the financial co-mingling ins't as clear as it could be.

I would include a few.

DON'T PANIC
