two weeks ago i wrote about my 14 year old son admitting to trying cannibas once during his medical, now today i went to collect our medical and only got two, me and my other son. they told me his medical has been sent to the embassy, this looks strange to me, has anyone's medical ever been sent to the embassy and still get approved? even after admitting to using cannibas? will they pit a ban on him even though he is just 14?

I remember the post. I honestly don't think any member could answer this specific direct question because all issues differ. I don't even think an Attorney could answer until the paperwork is completed and supplied.

What did the Medical show? We don't know, they won't tell you for now. If I got caught smoking Pot I would say. That was my first time and I'll never do it again. When really, I was doing it everyday with my friends. Cannibas takes 5 to 30 days to evacuate the system for tests. (Depending upon the amount and how often used)

There is nothing strange about it. The admission of using to USCIS is a Flag. Hopefully, the Medical is negative for THC in the blood system. I think you might be worrying to much about a Ban for a 14 year old. I think it will be a short delay.

The key here is: did the Medical Result show Positive or Negative For THC (Cannibas) in the boys System.

As I said. None can answer because it would all be Speculative and innacurate until you get a reply.

I wish you the best.

My medical was sent direct to the embassy because the doc noticed a very very minor health problem. I was told this was standard procedure where here was something to report. My visa was approved with no problems so it might not be anything to worry about. good luck!!!
