We've been married almost 3 years and my wife obtained her tourist visa at the U.S. Consulate in Sao Paulo 2 years ago. She is a Brasilan ciitzen and has has been to the U.S. a few times since then for no more than a month. I now would like to get her a green card or permanent visa. We are now living and working in Colombia. What procedure should I follow and how difficult is the procedure?
