I have filed two I-130 - one for my wife (on 4/11) and and a child under 16 (on 4/25). Both live in UK. I do not have joint sponsor.

For my wife's, I-864 in Part 2 I have entered her details

Part 8, line 8, checked and also checked 'Yes'

Line 9, do I enter son's detail. I hope he will get approval, may be at same time or within six months.Do I not have his name since it says "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition".

Assuiming I do not eneter sons' details, on line 10, and treat a seperate I-864 for my wife - I shall have total number as 01

On line 21(a), I entered 1

On line 219b), it is hardcoded as 1

on line 21©, do I enter 1 for my wife? If I did, This will makes the count total to 3 which is wrong.

I need help for line 9, 10 21(a) and 21© -

(A) for seperate filing,

(B) filing one I-864 with son's detail in line 9

or © filing seperate i-864 for wife and son.

Thanks

Son is not listed in question 9 as he is on a separate visa petition. This question is only relevant to a few visa types, and doesn't apply to you.

As your wife is already counted as the immigrant you do NOT enter anything for 21©. (You only count each person once, and count them in the first box which applies.)

For 21(d) (dependent children) put 1 for your son. So household size will be 3.

For your son's I-864 questions 8-10 is the same as for your wife's. He will be counted as the immigrant and you will put 1 in 21© for your wife. So household size will be 3.

Excellent correct answer. +1.
