I-130 question!!!

Hello, I sent my package a few days ago, and today I was reading about the bonafide marriage info and I dont know if i sent enough. Maybe it is just me freaking out. Here is what I sent:

Copy of marriage certificate

1 picture of religious ceremony

1 picture of legal ceremony

Pictures of our first visit back in march 2010

And engagement picture from november 2010

Also bank letters saying we share bank accounts in honduras

The lease contract

Is that enough?? Did I send too little? I dont want to get any RFE! We just want a smooth process.

For the I-130 on a recent marriage they don't require a lot of evidence of Bonifide Marriage, just that there is a Marriage.

I sent a copy of our Marriage Contract, Bank Letters for one account in the Philippines & one account in the US and proof of my presence in the Philippines when we were married (copies of boarding passes & Passport Stamps). I'm not sure if the "proof of presence" carries much weight (as it is a requirement for K-1) in light of the Marriage Documents.

I think you are good - you even sent bank letter stating that you have joint account, which is very good. Of course the marraige certificate with some 10 pictures is also good enough at this stage.

We just sent those and got our approval.

We will be working on mixing finaces/ joint lease/ communication records/ travel records to show additional evidence for the interview (the middle step NVC process requires different set of documents - tax records, affidavit of support from the US spouse and original birth and marraige certificates, Police clearance certificates from the foreign spouse).

Where can I find all that is needed after sending my I-130 so that I can start preparing. Just to be ready whenever the time comes??
