Ok, I recieved my packet and there are two payments on the checklist. Both for the same visa. One says $131 and the other says $350. So which one do i pay? Help PLEASE!!!

It sounds like you have an old checklist. The old fee was $131. It is now $350. That's what you will be paying now.

N-400

Feb. 12, 2016 - Sent N-400 to USCIS (3-year rule)

Feb. 19, 2016 - NOA1

Mar. 14, 2016 - Biometrics

June 2, 2016 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

well i went to try to pay it and they only thing they accept is the $130 so do i go back or what?

That's very odd. What visa (guessing K-1) and what country?

Also another question is, if I dont have my reciept of payment, can I still proceed with my interview ?

you will need the reciept of payment for the interview also you need to pay the visa fee before you can schedule your interview sorry you might need to call the embassy or make another payment for the right amount

[*]feb 09 2011:NOA1

[*]june 03 2011: NOA2 :D

[*]july 1st 2011: packet 3 yayy

[*]august 18 2011: interview! hoping for the best

[*]august 18 2011: APROVED :D

[*]sepyember 3 2011: POE

[*]september 6 2011: marriage yayy
