If you adjust from B1B2 through marriage there will always be an interview for AOS to prove legitimacy of relationship. Those that did K1 visa, when they do their AOS some don't have interviews.

Karah, everyone in this forum will have a mandatory interview. If you are reading the K-1 forum, you will get confused. People who enter on K-1 will have a different experience from you, and it is not very useful to compare timelines or events with them - they are in a different process. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
