Do i need to put date and signature below the attachment? about the Question number 18 the supplementary of 129-F about "How we met" thanks i need your help guys

And in the Part C i leave it blank about the question of if you are serving overseas in the armed forces...is it fine to leave it blank?or do i need to put "Not in military service" Thanks

i did sign and date, not only me but so did my fiancee. im not sure if you have to tho but i did

and i also put not in military service, worked for me

7-12-11....Received Visa ... had to go back in person to get it

7-13-11....Enter USA

7-18-11....informal marriage certificate

7-23-11....Justest of the Peace wedding

I personally did not attached anything but it would not hurt if you both sign it. MUST be signed at least for the petitioner though.

About part C, dont leave it blank, just write N/A. Good luck!!

Hi!!

Yes. All extra papers that you use to complete an answer, must be signed and dated. Also, in the instructions of the I-129F stated: "That you need to write your name on the top of each sheet of paper and alien # (if any) and indicate the part and number of the item to which the answer refers".

I didn't leave any space in blank, write N/A or None wherever is applicable.
