ok it been 1 month since NOA2 and still no packet 3! how long does it take to get packet 3????

[*]june2009: met online

[*]july 28 2009: start dating

[*]october 09 2009: met in person

[*]oct 11 2009:he proposed :D i know crazy lol

[*]october 28 2009: deployment to iraq :(

[*]november 05 2010: visit to mexico for 20 days :D

[*]november 25 2010: last time i hold him :(

[*]january 18 2011: k-1 sent

[*]feb 09 2011:NOA1

[*]june 03 2011: NOA2 :D

[*]july 1st 2011: packet 3 yayy

[*]august 18 2011: interview! hoping for the best

[*]august 18 2011: APROVED :D

[*]sepyember 3 2011: POE

[*]september 6 2011: marriage yayy

Have you called DOS/NVC to ask for your case number and where packet 3 is? Would be a good place to start from.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Have you called DOS/NVC to ask for your case number and where packet 3 is? Would be a good place to start from.

We got our case number like a week after NOA2 and my fiance got a notice saying i was gonna get packet 3 within a week here in mexico but still nothing

If you have your case number you should be able to schedule your medical!as for packet 3 is it not just a link that they give you to fill in additional documents? maybe ask other people from Mexico what happened with their packet 3

12/15/10- NOA2 Hardcopy Received
02/16/11- Interview at 10am London Embassy
02/24/11- Visa in Hand
02/27/11- POE - Minneapolis

AOS Timeline
04/22/11- AOS, EAD, AP sent today
04/28/11- AOS, EAD, AP Notice Date
05/04/11- Hard copy of NOA1 for AOS, EAD, AP
05/12/11- Early Biometric walk in(Scheduled for 05/31/2011)
05/12/11- I-485 Case Transferred to CSC
06/13/11- AOS approved, card production ordered
06/20/11- Green Card Recieved

ROC Timeline

04/25/13- ROC package sent

04/26/13- ROC pack delivered

Have you call the consulate in Juarez to check if they have received your petition(and when) and if they sent the packet 3 yet???
