JUST PUT SPOUSE. I HAD THAT SAME PROBLEM AND A LOT OF PEOPLE ON HERE TOLD ME TO PUT SPOUSE, CUS THAT'S WHAT THEY HAD PUT AND DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, I CANT SAY I DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE OUR INTERVIEW IS NOT UNTIL JULY 20. BUT IM PRETTY SURE EVERYTHING WILL BE OK, NOBODY HAS HAD ANY PROBLEMS. SO U SHOULD PUT SPOUSE. EVERYBODY ON HERE HAS BEEN DOING IT. PLUS U HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO DO IT, BECAUSE U CAN'T FILE THE DS-260 UNTIL U ANSWER THAT QUESTION AND U CANT SET UP YOUR INTERVIEW UNTIL U FILE THE DS-260. THERE FOR U HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO PUT SPOUSE.

Isn't the DS260 only for immigrant visas? A K1 (fiance visa) is a non-immigrant visa.
