Does K1 visa petitioner have to pay an I-864 bill? or do we just the use the I-134? and if so y doesnt it so that theres a fee on uscis website?

What are you talking about fee for 864? This is affidavit of support done at AOS level and 134 id for 129f petition when approved to be sent to beneficiary for interview.

There is no I-864 for K-1 petition.

You only use the I-864 when filing AOS inside the USA after marriage.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

ok nevermind guys. i found the answer to my own question lol. Theres a fee when being filed within the US. and no fee when being filed abroad..sorry lol

Only if the embassy requires/asks them to send one.

Actually, we were required to show only the I864 in Casablanca for our interview. It really depends on the Embassy...

I know this is an older post but did u guys have to pay a fee for the I-864??
