My fiance is a student so we may have a co sponser (his dad)

I found thison the guides page.....

The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the

US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide

supporting documentation.

What does my fiane have to provide if he is a student and has no income???

While the co-sponsor -- in this case the Dad -- will be effectively serving as the "primary" sponsor, they still want the Petitioner to submit the I-134 as well...

It's just what is requred, and isn't a big deal. Have him fill out the short form and supply the minimum amount of evidence.

26-Apr-10 - Approved

06-May-10 - Entered POE

24-May-10 - Married

22-Jul-10 - Filed AOS

24-Sep-10 - Biometrics Appointment

18-Nov-10 - Approved

29-Nov-10 - Received Green Card

He and his father need to fill out their own I-134. Did your fiance file taxes for 2010? If he did, then he provides a tax transcript. If he makes absolutely no income, then he can put 0, and list that he is unemployed and a full time student.
