Wow, I'm so glad I found this site! This is perfect! It's so nice to see there is other people out there who are going or have gone through the same thing. My fiance and I met almost a year ago and we just got done meeting face to face for the very first time. Yes, we kept everything and took lots and lots of photos! I live in the US and he lives in Scotland and plans to move here. My only worry is that my income will not be sufficient enough for his Visa to be approved. Please, if anyone could shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

The Currant Guildline is $ 18,387.00 in your Income for 2010. However, If you fall short then Currant Income for the year of 2011 will be looked at.

It is said: Currant Income is more Important than last years income.

Do you feel you can supply proof of these 2 ?

We don't know the Income Yet. A new person. I kinda thought we would await a Reply about Income which was the specific question and let advice follow from there. JUST ME.

my fiance didn't make enough (he's the US citizen) and got his mom to be our co-sponsor. i'm just texting my fiance now to ask which form it was to show that. i'll get back to you!

Hi, my fiance just texted me back! He said when we first filed we didn't have to prove anything about income. It's when you get your NOA2 and your Packet 3 is where you need to have proof that your fiance won't be a public charge on society. Therefore what he had to do was fill out a form called I-134 Affidavit of Support form. He also had to have his mother, who was our sponsor, to fill out this same form too. That's it!
