Package 4 forms can not fill out

Hi This is Len;

We have a re interview at GUZ on 7/5/2011 My Fiancee is trying to fill out her forms in K-1/K-2 Appointment Packet (“Packet 4” DS-156K and DS-156 and others But she can not fill them in The forms say that they are out of date and the new ones I have found are not the same any Sugestions with this

if she downloaded them from GUZ IV page (see http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/forms_and_packets.htm )

then those are OK to use, even if the expiration date is past.

IF she's using packet 4 forms that were shipped to her, is good chance that they are several revisions/years old.

I just told my fiancee to fill out the forms they sent her by hand and dont worry about that thye are out of date they sent them to her
