Below are the documents I prepared for my interview on July 31, 2011. Please post your comment/s should I require/miss any documentation/s. I know it is too early to have ready all these documents however it's better to be prepared at the earliest.

Completed Forms:

1) DS-156 (2 Original Print outs)

I used the form dated May 31, 2011. I printed two (2) original copies which are signed and dated. I also pasted the photo as required in this form.

2) DS-156K (1 Original)

I didn't sign this form as the CO will assist me in answering the signature part. I also attached all the documents (photocopies) as stated on the said form. The expiry of the form is November 30, 2013.

a) Birth Certificate

b) Singleness/CENOMAR (just in case the CO will ask)

c) Police Certificates (NBI & Dubai Police Certificate)

d) Evidence of Engagement (Photos and purchase receipt of the ring)

e) Evidence of Financial Support

3) DS-157 (1 Original)

In item 9 - List all Countries you have entered in the last Ten years. I answered UAE-2007 to present, Iran 2008 (I exited when my visit visa expired), Philippines 2010 (Although this is my home country, however I listed it because I went home for vacation), Sri Lanka 2011.

4) DS-230 (1 Original)

I affixed my signature on Page 2 of 4 and leave Page 4 unsign. I also have a supplementary sheet for Page 2 as I listed all my educational institutions attended in Philippines and abroad.

Documents from my Fiance:

1) Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

This form is signed and dated by my fiance, and enclosed the following supporting documents.

a) Electronically Generated Employment Verification/Letter from the Company (shows his Annual Salary, Job Title, Date of Employment, etc...)

b) W-2010 and Tax Account Transcripts 2007 to 2010

c) Bank Statements

d) Pay Stubs (5)

e) Latest Intent to Marry signed and dated July 6, 2011.

f) Life Insurance Policy with a Cash Surrender Value

Documents from my Side:

1) Visa Application Fee Receipt (Original & photocopy)

2) Original Passport and a photocopy of the biography page

3) Original Birth Certificate and a photocopy

4) Original CENOMAR/Singleness and a photocopy

5) Original NBI and a photocopy

6) Original Dubai Police Certificate and a photocopy

7) Two (2) Color Photos

8) Latest Intent to Marry signed and dated July 6, 2011

9) Evidence of Relationship

a) Original Itinenaries and ETickets for both of us (photocopies were submitted when filing I-129F)

b) Original Receipts of Hotel Bookings (photocopies were submitted when filing I-129F)

c) Photos Together

d) Emails

e) Chat Logs using BB Messenger

f) Original Western Union Receipts and photocopies

g) Engagement Ring Receipt along with photos

10) Medical Examination Results (Two Sealed Brown Envelopes)

11) AED 810 to be paid during the interview.

12) Duplicate Copy of all the documents for I-129F

I am not sure if this is necessary to bring during the interview but I think I will, just in case.

13) Appointment Letter which shows the date and time of the Interview.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
