I know we only get one SSN in our life. I got one when I was in the USA on a exchange program. Now that I will be living in a diferent address, do I need to change to my new address? How?

I saw that the order to get things is:

SSN

Drivers licence

and then something else I can't even remember.

since I got my ssn already, Can I immediately apply for a DL? What are the requierements??

DL is based on the state you live in, google your state DMV to find out what you need. Some need an EAD, others you need the green card.
