While I'm still in the mood to micro-analyze the AOS process, I was wondering if anyone has ever received their Green Card approval without having an interview and without having their case sent to CSC? In other words, has anyone had a local office approval without being called for an interview?

Since our local office says they are processing on time and we're within a month of that now, I suppose we should be hearing something soon about whether there will be an interview... or not...

I have heard of being approved without an interview, if case is sent to CSC, but not of a local office approving without asking you to come in to an interview. I really hope that would be the case though.

Good luck.

Same here. Just trying to see if there have been any cases here on VJ where it has happened. I guess reading (on some other sites) that "in most AOS cases, interviews are waived" made me think that they can't all go through CSC but I can't recall seeing one that didn't...
