I was born in Mexico and was married to an American Citizen for 9 years and this how I obtained my green card. I became American last year but I was already divorced and was granted with my citizenship because I was a permanent resident for longer than 5 years. I recently remarried to a Mexican national on January 3, 2011. I want to bring my husband to the states but I dont want to spend the money to obtain the affidavits because in Mexico the Notary public are very expensive and all my relatives who know of our marriage live there. I am thinking on submitting pictures of me and my husband, and skype logs and my stamped passport going back and for to Mexico.

Also, is there any red flags with my case because I was not born in the States and obtain my green card through marriage?

Please help!

L

affadavits are optional, per the I-130 instructions.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
