I will be sponsoring both of my parents, my income alone is not enough so we're planning on using my husband's income as well. Does he have to fill out I-864A or does his income automatically count since we are married?

Also, we do not currently live together but he wants to help me with this process, so he is not a "household member" so I am not really sure which form he would have to fill out?

Thanks for any insight into this :)

Topic moved from AOS from a family visa to AOS from a Work, Student & Tourist Visa - while the OP is sponsoring her parents, they are already present in the US on expired visitor visas so will be adjusting status from visitor to immigrant

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
