I am a US permanent resident and wants to invite my brother to come over for 2 weeks vacay this year..He is 20yrs old and will graduate from nursing school in 2012.. He would like to come over on his semestral break in october this year...will spend his 2 -week break here in US, we will definitely give him a tour and we;ll definitely make his stay as memorable as possible.. I am just concerned because he's studying nursing and Ive heard that there's a huge possibility of rejection..however, my bro has to go back to Philippines because he still have to continue school, take exams and complete all required projects.., and in addition to this, he will also take an exam to qualify for medical school after graduation (actually nursing is only a pre med course for him)...what do you think are the possibilities? what would be the best evidence that will convince the CO he is going back in Philippines? Actually my bro is a full time student and my parents are the one's who pay for his expenses... any helpful tips? thanks.

Make sure he is already enrolled for his next set of classes, and paid for. Also if he has a job, get a letter from the employer stating he is a good, stable employee and when he is expected back.

Thanks for response..:-) He cannot have a job because he is a full time student and he has been very busy with school..aside from his classes , he has to complete his internship in the hospital before graduation..This will be a hectic year for him and will spend 2 weeks of his break to visit me in US..Hopefully he can make it here! :)
