Hello

I have a question about the affidavit of support in the I 485 package.

I 864 is filled out by my husband who is a citizen. But I also want to have a co sponsor which is going to be my sister in law. Does she also need to fill out I 864 or is it I 134?

Thanks

If your sister in-law doesn't live in the same household with you and your husband then she'd fill out an I-864. If she lives in the same household then she has the option of filling out an I-864A. Read the instructions for each form thoroughly.
