Last name misspelled on NOA2 and need it for AOS

This may be much ado about nothing but I figured better to ask. When we sent in the I-129f we misspelled Pui's last name. When we got the NOA2 we noticed. At that time I asked what to do and was informed to email the embassy and they requested the photo and info page of her passport and sent that in with packet 3. She now has her visa in hand with her name spelled correct on the visa. She will be here at the end of the month.

1. When we get married and then file for AOS is there anything I need to do about about our NOA2 and the misspelled last name?

2. Will her a# on the NOA2 be changed because of her corrected last name?

3. Is the a# on her visa? From what I could tell from talking to her it is not on the visa.

Some do have them on the bottom of the visa. Mine has my A# on my visa.

When you pass through customs with the packet, they open it and usually write the A# found in the packet or on the visa, in pen or pencil onto the I-94.

Fixing the name should not have changed the A#.

No, it won't since you have a visa in hand already. You'll have to submit your NOA2 w/AOS, but as you can imagine many people's name change from what the K1 visa says after marriage.

Since it's a transliteration anyway, and if you're worried about it you can put the missspelled one under the category for previous or other used names (on the AOS sheet). My wife has changed hers a few times so all these went there and we had no problems.
