I got my hard copy of approval from uscis on 05/25/11 but have been waiting for case no. from NVC.I have called and told NVC have not recieved your file.

Please what can I do?Its 18days now.

Keep trying. We are seeing 10 business days more or less, so you are at the outer edge of that window at 11, and there was a major holiday in between.

My USCIS application got approve on 18MAY2011 and I never received anything over the mail from the NVC only over email and and so far I have been waiting for my IV bill comes active online to pay the visa application. They normally will take 15 business day to received and process your paper work at the NVC from USCIS although mine took like 7. So far I have paid my AOS fee and sent it back as well the agent designation letter to NVC. I have pay the bill plus download all the forms online instead of waiting for them through the mail. The only thing I did over the mail was hard copy of the papers, because my spouse country is not eligible for email submital. First off if you have a email on file I would check it first plus check your spam.

I got approved on May 20th and I still haven't heard anything from the NVC. I called and they still haven't received my file either.

Their standard line is 20 BUSINESS days, but have been doing quite a bit better. Count just the BUSINESS days before you get too worried, but do call the automated system every day, and be prepared for that pleasant shock when it says it has your case number !!

Keep calling NVC on a daily bases and be sure to get the invoice number from you talk to a rep.
