Hi friends,

The Embassy has asked to submit I 864from a co-sponsor before visa could be issued.

My question is

1. Since my wife and my 20 years son have separate visa petitions,The co-sponsor need to fill I 864 for each of them, Correct?

2.Do the co-sponsor need to get employment letter too, even if his all w2's are attached?

I would greatly appreciate your answers.

They need separate i-864s

Proof of employment is not a requirement for co-sponser but it helps in avoiding any RFE. Good to send one if he has.

Actually, evidence of current income is important for sponsors of any flavor. A copy of a current pay stub showing year to date income is generally sufficient for that.
