hello guys, my wife is going to send the papers work the NVC needs, like passport style photo, copy of our marriage contract and other stuffs, I was wondering if its ok to give a police certificate signed and given three months ago??? cuz, here, in Tunisia, a police certificate on isn`t available to use after three months..any idea, please ? thank you so much .
