Hiya!

I am planning on filing my I-130 on July 1st for my wife and two children, ages 18 and 8. On the G325A a signature is required for each applicant and it would seem obvious that an 8 year cannot sign any documents. Rather than take chance I figured it best to ask before I submit the package.

Thanks!

First things first, G325A is not required for the children. One for you and one for your wife, thats all.

For any other form for the children, their mom can sign for them. I signed for my 2 children aged 9 and 11. I signed and wrote (MOTHER) beside my signature and we had no problems.

Correct. No G325a for children and mother can sign for children as needed later.
