Do all signatures for a K-1 petition packet have to be signed within a certain time of each other?

I would just suggest that you don't wait to file until the very last week before the 2-year anniversary, and that you double check that everything is ok (correct amount on the check, signatures, updated forms, enclosed evidence, etc.) because if something fundamental is missing, USCIS could just send the package back instead of issue an RFE.

OK Thanks for the info. I'm trying to get it sent out asap.

Hi,

Me again. My fiance and I are both re-doing our G-325A forms. The expiration date on our forms is 06/30/11. However, I have checked on the USCIS website for forms, and it doesn't even mention this date as a form being accepted. They don't have anything with this expiration. They actually reference an older form and forms previous to this. (form G325 A, expiration 06/12/09, previous dates accepted) I'm trying to figure out what to do about it. Unfortunately my calls to USCIS resulted in a long wait and then getting hung up on

Thanks for any help!

I finally got in touch with a real person today at USCIS. Even though their website for forms/expiration dates doesn't really make sense, I was told that whatever form is downloaded from USCIS is the most current form to use. She told me to use that form even though there is no information about it on their webpage. I hope I got the correct answer!
