When they asked if anyone from 14 or 29 will accompany wife to the USA I put none.. I am already in the USA.. My question is what if at a later date I decided to go to georgia for the Wife's interview and fly back to the states with her when she obtains her visa... Would this affect how 31a was answered.. At a later date I added her son...

14a is spouses name... 31a ask about who will accompany you from line 14 and 29............

Just wondering if i asnswered the correct way...

DS230 is filled out by the beneficiary. In this case, the question is asking whether anyone will accompany your wife to the US.

Now, if your wife and her son will travel to the US together when they do immigrate, I'd list her son on line 31A. If she will travel alone, put none.

She is, however, allowed to change her mind or circumstances may change. If you decide to travel to Georgia for her interview, you may make a note of that at the interview to alter the DS230.

Good luck
