Hi everyone I'm from Philippines and new in this website. Is there anyone here know how to pay the certificate of no criminal conviction to hongkong? tnxs :dance:

highly recommend you go by money order so it wont take so long.....

go to bpi and ask them for a hk dollar money order.....

their only requirement is, either you have an existing account with them, or somebody you know who is an existing account holder with bpi can accompany you to buy hk dollar money order.........

another alternative is hsbc.... i guess they have the same requirements as bpi.....

I went to BPI yesterday the girl told that I need to have the account number of hongkong police, for them to send the payment. I get little bit confused about it. Can you explain to me how to do it.. pls.. thank you

Hi everyone, I kinda little bit confused about this matter,

* I went to BPI yesterday and ask about the payment for CNCC and the girl told me that I need to know what is the account number of the HongKong police so they can send the payment and it takes 3 to 4 working days. I don't even know the account number! How to do it?

hi.....

i think you were misinformed.....

you dont need the account number for the payee....

you are buying a bank draft.....

when you get a bank draft, you will just have to provide the bank the correct complete name of the payee

"The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region".

take note :

BPI requires that you have an existing account with them, or lets you use another account provided that the owner of the account be with you at the time of the purchase of the bank draft......

you can email them ahead of time if you want to.....

they are very accommodating.......

I'll go tomorrow to get a bank draft. Just want to ask one more question to you, I went to NBI already for my fingerprints and they gave me a claim stub for DFA authentication.. Is it right? just want to make sure if I'm doing the right thing?
