Hi Everyone..I am waiting to file my I-129F because I am waiting for my fiance to send his letter of intent which is taking a while...I called the service center today to see if he could fax me the paper with his signature and date and they assured me it was ok...I do not always trust what they tell me over the phone..I figured they need an original of his signature in pen not a photo copy...just wondering if anyone else sent a copy...Thank you for your help

I sent originals. I would not trust what they say over the telephone. I have heard them tell VJ members all kind of erroneous information but you have to make that call. Why not express overnight it to you? :yes:

Have to agree with Peter here...if I were you I would definately send the original, lots of bad info comes from the mis-information line at USCIS

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received
