I tried to sign into NVC. All fees were paid. I signed in before for the receipts. My attorney sent the packet out several weeks ago.

Now, I get this

Sign In Failed

•Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error

What does this mean? I can not believe they would not inform my attorney of the process

i guess the NVC journey is OVER ...lucky u...good luck

now u just have to wait for the interview to be scheduled

21/05/2011 DS3032 email Sent /

23/05/2011 paid the AOS fee Bill

25/05/2011 AOS statut PAID

25/05/2011 Sent Request to clear the error in my name (ughhh)

27/05/2011 PAID the IV BILL -statut in process

28/05/2011 got the response for my request to modify the error in my name..== OK

31/05/2011 AOS Package sent via usps express

01/06/2011 IV bill statut " PAID "

03/06/2011 AOS Package received by NVC

03/06/2011 IV Package sent via usps express

05/06/2011 IV Package received by NVC

05/06/2011 fingers crossed

17/06/2011 second stupid FALSE RFE for missing DS230

24/06/2011 SIF SIF SIF SIF YES SIIIIF (Sign In Failed) and Case complete ( CC)

******

NVC journey ended after 34 days***

28/07/2011 medical passed===> OK

10/08/2011 interview date==>ok but there is a missing document

21/08/2011 Visa in hand

27/08/2011 POE at CHICAGO O'Hare

I got the same thing and then shortly afterward my husband and I both received an email with his interview date.

I tried to sign into NVC. All fees were paid. I signed in before for the receipts. My attorney sent the packet out several weeks ago.

Now, I get this

why the denial. they give you decent reason and respect when you had interview?

We married about the same time 2/15/2010

They did at least treat my husband with respect this time around. The CO said they didn't believe we married for love. Even though this sucks, and I do mean, it SUCKS, this whole process has brought us so much closer. Sometimes God wants us to fight even harder for things that really matter. I wish you two very good luck! (F)

fianlly lawyer sent me email and said NVC closed case and will schedule interview. Waiting is so hard. I know this is alomost done but we went thru so much to get here. the RFE was 4 pages long and the packet my attorney sent to them weighed over 20 pounds. Now, we need a good interview. will fly over myself as soon as I know the date. thanks everyone
