Hi everyone,

Am trying to write a letter of intent and am having a liitle bit of problem about who to address it to.Going by the sample on this site,it says

United States Department of Homeland Security

US Citizenship and Immigration Services

(USCIS service center address)?

How do i know the service center my case will be sent to?Can anyone pls advice on who to address the letter to.

You do not need to put the address.

You can omit the address as all petitions are now sent to the Dallas sorting facility then sent on from there to the actual place it will be reviewed at.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

dear sir or madim, i john jones do hereby state that i am legally able and willing to marry roe, and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the us using the k-1 visa, put your address and phone number date the letter, and sign it yours truly john roe, send the letter along with your 1-129f, and keep a copy for your self.don't for get you need two intent letters, one for you one for her, signed an dated.
