yes...some people do send stacks of pages but I have just printed summaries of chat lists periodically and I have some emails printed that have special significance. We talk every day and chat as well. It amounts to thousands of communications but I have also printed where it shows chats as "60-200 of hundreds" as an example. Also if you have any cards that you have received(for birthday or just general etc) to you. If you wont be together again before your interview then you are somewhat limited to the above. If you will be together then you can have the photos together, hotel receipts showing both names, boarding passes etc. as you would for proof of having met within past 2 years.

I think you dont have to print all. However you can open a separet folder for the emails from your fiance(e) and print the lists which shows the sender, subject and the date and time. You can use a print option from the file menu. But don't forget to print and include very important email which show a big decissions making discusson that you did with your fiance(e).

Also depends on the consulate. As you have no information regarding your beneficiary's country. It is hard to get a specific answer. Some countries are tougher than others. In some countries, the evidence was never looked at. In others, it wasn't enough. However, generally speaking, you have "MORE" than enough for chat and call logs. Do you have anything else such as passport stamps with multiple visits? Hotel receipts with both names on it? Pictures of you guys together over a period of time? Other things to consider also....

Good Luck

I have pictures and receipts. Just wondering if my chat logs should be enough for the aditional on going relationship. Also i added that we have a bank account together in Philippines.

A wise person told me that it was not necessary to have every piece of evidence, but rather samples of the evidence over time showing a timeline of ongoing relationship. However, we did take 24 pages of skype history over the course of a year and they never looked at it.

The same was true for pictures. 20 pictures over a weeks time isn't necessarily better than 4 pictures over the same time frame. But, if you have made multiple trips, then pictures from each of those trips shows secondary evidence of ongoing relation. Remember, photos can be altered.. Passport stamps from visits (make sure you copy ALL pages of your passport from front to back as they want to see if you are hiding anything), boarding passes from those trips, phone call logs over a period of time, emails over time, and the pics usually is sufficient to prove ongoing relation. Flight itineraries and ticket receipts are not considered primary evidence.

Don't know about the bank account. Never have read anyone going through K1 having a joint bank account at this stage.

OP, quick question. Where are you in the filing process? have you filed? NOA1? what date? etc.....

In terms of evidence of having met and an ongoing relationship, I believe it is more effective to present boarding passes, passport stamps, receipts for hotels with both names on it -- and photos with both of you together, to some degree.

We went through Manila, too, and I only presented my boarding passes, passport stamps, and six photos printed on a single 8x11 sheet of paper -- and the CO didn't even bother to look at that. I guess mileage varies, but hundreds of anything seems unnecessary.

It's early in the game to show a comingling of finances -- that's usually reserved for the Adjustment of Status back here in the States -- but I'd say it wouldn't hurt to show the shared account.

Just keep in mind that the hinge of the K-1 is 1) to prove you have visited her at least once in the last two years, and then 2) provide supporting evidence of a bona fide and ongoing relationship.

If all of your paperwork is straight and there are no glaring holes in your Affidavit of Support and back history, Manila is actually quite easy.

The day we had our interview we saw a large number of folks not get approved -- and it was nearly always due to a lack (or complete absence) of preparation. As in folks asking us as they went in to their interview what an Affidavit of Support is, or whether they'd be getting their green card as they left...they invariably came out either confused or with tears welling up in their eyes.

Have all the documentation you need, sort it nicely in a file, dress like you didn't roll out of bed five days ago, and put on a good poker face. Meaning, do what you can to turn the table in your favor, and then knock it out.

Our CO was so nice and unquestioning that we were shocked when he said we were approved. He had to say it twice to us before it sank in.

Good luck! Lot's of informed folks here, and the guides and threads will steer you well every step of the way.

OK, so now the picture becomes clearer. It is not necessary at this time to provide ongoing relationship. That is at the interview stage. However, some people do send in this information with the I-129F application. Either way..... not needed though....

At this point, all that is necessary is that you prove that you have met in person within 2 years of filing application. If you have been married before, you will send in copies of original divorce decrees, letters of intent to marry, G-325's etc.......

This is a 2 step process. STEP#1 I-129F.... accepted at USCIS=NOA1.... once approved=NOA2...sent to NVC you get a new case# then forwarded to consulate where the beneficiary is now allowed to (STEP#2) file the forms necessary for K1. This is when the "bonafide relation" evidence is needed.

Please see the links on my signature and go through the flowchart of K1 from K1 guides and info.... It will help you greatly. You are stressing over over information that is not really needed right now. You have a couple of months to get that part together. My advice would be to focus on what is needed for the I-129F application first.

Good Luck
