need advice in removing conditions

hi vj's,

im confused if i can submit now my papers to remove my condition since my conditional green card ,is going to expire in october 19th its 4mos away yet...i really do wanna make it done now since im 8 mos pregnant and is the ultrasound pictures can i use it as one of our evidence? please advice...

Hi gine,

just like happyndinlove has mentioned, you'll have to wait till 90 days before the expiration date of your GC before your can apply for ROC. This 90 day mark is the earliest in which you can apply. If you apply more than 90 days out they will reject your application and send it back to you with a letter stating you have to wait till 90 days before.

i know you want to use ultrasound pics as evidence, but think about it this way - once baby is born, not only will you also have the baby's birth certificate but, you will also have photos of the baby too! (great idea to have hubby bring a camera on the day of the birth so he can take photos of all of ya'll in the hospital).....these items will ALL be great evidence! PLUS you can then put baby's name on the I-751 form too.
