I may be worrying for no reason but I just want to know how the co-sponsor thing works. I'm kind of nervous about what the embassy will say about me meeting the income requirement at the interview. I have no income right now but I graduated college a year ago so I think that may help me. Anyway my dad makes $100k per year & he will co-sponsor me. So will they accept this & give her the visa even if I have no income? If not what will happen? Would they let her do another interview once I find a job or would we have to start the 6+ month process over again? Sorry if these are really noobish questions. I'm just nervous & don't want to go through this whole process just to find out that they won't give us the visa.

Assuming Peru accepts co-sponsors:

You will still need to fill out your own I-134, even if you do not meet the requirements. Your father would fill out his own I-134, and provide tax transcripts and proof of his income. Also, you need provide proof that he is a USC or permanent resident. If he is a USC, a copy of his birth certificate or bio page of his passport should work.
