I feel like a dog chasing my tail with these issues. My fiance was denied a visa and they informed us that the applications and paperwork was sent back May 13th. Well it still hasn't arrived. I am under the impression that they send it back to your initial service center. Is that correct? Where do they send it? The paperwork will be coming from Guangzhou China. Who do they send it through? DHL? UPS? FedEx?

Thanks

??????? Did I miss something???? Let's try to stay on topic here. All I want to know is where do they send my documents for review after they reject the interview and how do they ship them? DHL? UPS? FedEx:? The interview was in Guangzhou and I am assuming they are going to Vermont since that was where I sent my initial I-129F application.

Usually, a BUNDLE of rejected visa applications will get sent back from GUZ IV, rarely does ONE casefile go out, singularly.

GUZ IV will amass enough casefiles over a 45 day period, before sending it back .. (45 days is my best guess, it's just that, a guess)

Hard to say exactly when yours will go back to USA, the only indication I've read about

is that the USCitizen Petitioner will receive some postal letter from USCIS (NVC? can't remember which office) about the casefile, with any notice on what to do for any appeal that you'd like to file.

I know of no way to track the casefile, once's it been denied at GUZ IV. Some people wait years, some people have FOIA inquiries, some people just automagically get the postal notification,

and some people, who not wish to wait,

file a new K-1 petition, and after it's approved, withdraw the prior one.

the paper work will be sent back to the NVC, and that may take a few months . You will be notified when the NVC recieves the petition back , and they in turn will forward it back to a Service center. You are in for along wait, probably 10 months more or less

The Service center will notify you if they are returning the petition or if they intend to revoke. If then intend to revoke , they will give you 30 days to file a rebuttle. . then if you can overcome their reasons for sending the petition back , you have a chance of another interview . That will take a year . If your love is true , you can endure

Keep all your records , papers, and be prepared to answer what ever the reasons sent the papers back Most common . : not a bon-fide relationship

The Visa unit told my congressman that my application was sent back May 13. Coincidentally it was the same day they received a inquiry from my congressman. All correspondence from them since then has been with the same info. It was sent back. I have asked for a diplomatic bag number, a way bill number and the name of the carrier all met with a no reply. It seems to me they are hiding behind a veil of deceit.
