Hi. i came to the US under Visa Waiver Program and met my girl friend who is US citizen. we are about to get marry soon. so im preparing all the papers and everything seems to work well except this I-864. Who should be the one writing this I-864? My girl friend? and if so , she doesnt have much income.

then her dad can also be second sponcer? if so , which document should he fill? i-864 ? i-864A ? Im really confused ..any one can help me with this plz?

Your girlfriend is your primary sponsor even if she has little money, and needs to fill in the I-864. Her dad likely will need to fill in a I-864 too, unless they live in the same household.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
