I-485 Interview--Employment verification for I-864

Hi,

My wife and I have our I-485 (file concurrantly with an I-130) interview this coming up Tuesday. One of the things they asked us to bring is a letter from my employer verifying my employment and salary, as I am her sponsor per the I-864.

My question is pretty simple...how should I have our HR department address the letter? What should the letter say? If someone can perhaps provide a sample of what they used, that would be great!

How about a chequestub from your employer?

2006/10/27 Pras' conditional GC arrives -- .5 to go (2 yrs to Conditions Removal)

2008/07/21 I-751 (conditions removal) filed

2008/08/22 I-751 biometrics completed

2009/06/18 I-751 approved

2009/07/03 10-year GC received; last 0.5 done!

2009/07/23 Pras files N-400

2009/11/16 My 46TH birthday, Pras N-400 approved

2010/03/18 Pras' swear-in

Just have them write something simple like "this letter is to verify that PERSON has been employed by XCOMPANY full time since XX date and has a salary of XXX." No big deal. They can address it to whom it may concern. Good luck.
