K-3 Visa, I-130, Q 21

Hi,

I'm sure this has been asked but I've trolled all over and I can't find a fitting answer.

I am the USC filing for a K-3 for my husband. (We are doing K-3 because we live in Mauritius and the consulate office here doesn't process for IR/CR visas, we would have to go to Kenya...and since we have a child and I am a USC neither one of us feel safe going to Kenya for this.)

I have a permanent address (for bank, credit cards, mail, w-2, taxes, etc. as I am employed by a US company) in the US...but I have been "living" in Mauritius for almost 4 years. I don't have a residency permit over here because they can't seem to understand my birth certificate (but that's an unrelated issue haha)

My question is on #21 it asks for the last address that we lived together? What would you put? Should I put "extended visits only" or "have permanent residence in US but stay in Mauritius"

It's such a simple question with a simple answer I'm sure...any one in the same boat? what did you put? :help:

thanks!

Honestly, if you have been there for 4 years, I consider that living, don't you?

Have the 4 years been interruped or has it been continuous staying there? Do you travel back to the US frequently?

Good luck
