We sent personal checks and they didn't have a problem cashing them...

As a side note here...if you get your cancelled checks back, I think the case number is on the back of your check. We don't get ours back so we had to wait for the NOA1's to get case numbers to enter for online case status.

Actually note quite the case numbers, but if you add 2-3 to the number (as in increment them), then that will be your case number. My credit union is nice enough to provide a scanned image of each check I write after its been cashed though their online banking, so I was able to see my case status online through this a few days before my NOA1s turned up.
