Hello Everyone,

My fiancee has received packet 4 forms to fill out for the interview. I looked them over and discovered that they are all expired. Is this possible??? I have a DS-156 that expires 9/30/2010. Does anyone have the latest one that is blank? I went to the Government site and they want you to fill it out online then print it. I would rather complete it by hand. Also, The DS-156 expired 9/30/2010 and the DS-157 expired 9/30/2008. Is this a test??? Haha. Let me know is anyone else has run into this....

Thanks in advance....

Paul

Filling out the forms online and printing will give you the most legible forms. If needed, download a blank form, complete it by hand, and then type in the information once you are sure of the form content.

While a form may be expired it still may be accepted. Got to the USCIS and/or Dept. of State website to check to see what versions of a particular form are acceptable.

We got expired forms too. I checked with the consulate and they said it was ok to submit them.

You can email the consualte as well - couldn't hurt to ask again.

Best of luck.
