Can't reach NVC - phones down?

Is anyone else having this problem? I tried calling all weekend to and the phone just rang and never picked up. It's still not working - I'll try again in a few hours when the operators should be working and will see what happens, though they could be closed for memorial day. grrr... :angry:

The phones are working, its just Memorial day weekend and is a federal holiday, you wont get an operator so I am guessing that the AVR will be updated at the same time.....one can hope!

Tuesday will be the next working day for them!

Yep, AVR is not picking up. I've seen this happen before. They'll fix it tomorrow I guess.

04/10/2018 - Interview

04/27/2018 - Oath
