hi all,

our form = I130

the USCIS ask for an additional evidence that to send them translated certificate marriage, we sent them before our certificate marriage certified from the minister of forign affairs and from the chuch , from everything, but they want translated one, my question is that i will send it to be translated from here Jordan-Amman to authorized translation office. do i need to certified it again from everywhere.

A translation is certified one time by the translator. An I-130 is used to petition for either a CR1 or IR1 visa, not a K3 visa. Had you carefully studied the I-130 instructions, you would have noticed instructions to provide a certified translation of any document not in English and a description of what they mean by "certified translation". It's not too late to start carefully reading instructions. Doing so will be critical to your eventual success.

Dear Sir,

Now you can get an English issued marriage certificate form department of Civil Status and passports. no need for translation, also it is easier for the USCIS to understand this certificate more the the marriage contract.
