Question, the packet 3 directs to only complete Part I of the DS-230, question 43 that is required for the SS card is in Part II. Is Part II completed during the interview?? Or is it sent regardless of the instructions?

Part II is for Immigrant Visa Applicants that had a prior I-130 filed . A K-1 visa holder/wannabee not have any I-130 filed, and by the directions at most IV Units across the world, Part II of the DS-230 is never filled for a K-1 visa holder/wannabee. I say most, as YMMV, just on the one day that it's important.

Guys is there a way so you can speed up the EAD? I have a company that wants to hire me but I'm getting married on the 26th of June so after that date I will file for an AOS and EAD. If the company gets involved is there any way I can get the EAD sooner? Any similar cases, advices?

Thanks,

Thanks,

you can contact your Congressman with evidence of the urgency (i.e. a conditional employment offer): if you show that you need the EAD to work and articulate your request well (the job is in my field, it's in the town where I live, there is the crisis and if I don't get this job I will be unemployed for oh-my-dear-lord how long), they will expedite it.
