Hi, I received the NOA 1 as well as my case number in the receipt for K1 Visa Application. When i enter that case number to egov.uscis.gov, its show my case have received on May 9, 2011. I wonder what is that? What is the next step i should do? and How long does it take me from now on to the day for interview? Your answers would be appreciated. Thanks

The 9th of may is your received date and there should be a notice date on the form also! your looking at about 5-6 months to wait for your NOA2 then once you receive that is usually another 2-3 months to get your interview so you have a while of waiting as yet! in a few months i would think about getting the police certificate and start putting together all the stuff you will have to send to your partner.

Hope your not waiting too long

Good luck
